March 2023 10pm the snow came – and I had the bright idea to call for a snowball fight in the closest park I could find- Grabbed my children out of bed….and off we went! I wasn’t too sure anyone would come as everyone moaned about the cold … .but 30 people later…Aroma care snowball fight commenced!
The late night group message went out to all the staff members and we met.
At the time we were working with a young girl who we completed a night shift with and she also attended with her carer.
The staff then began to tell me that they had never seen snow before and they were VERY excited.
We showed them how to make the snowballs, snow angels and we just spent a LONG time in the snow.
Times like this make me wish for more snow in the UK!!!
