Aroma Care is dedicated to promoting the well-being and quality of life of vulnerable people living in their own homes or a home of their choice. Our goal is to help people maintain their independence as we work closely with individuals, families, and caregivers to make a positive difference to the lives of everyone involved.

Our Vision

Our vision is that by 2030 Aroma Care will be an outstanding provider for care and care related services, which is recognised nationally by local government structures, health and social care stakeholders, clients and their families as the ‘first choice’ care provider which provides the highest standards of care through:

  • Providing the highest standards of care by placing the specific and personal needs of our clients at the heart of everything that we do
  • Working in partnership with public, voluntary and private sector organisations in order to ensure our services and practices exceed quality assurance expectations
  • Supporting and professionally developing our staff in order to ensure they consistently provide a focused, outstanding and passionate caring service to our clients and their families

Spoke to Pippa, Robert has had a change of meds (family administer) and its like he’s a different man. Robert and the family are very happy with Taku, Robert says ‘T isnt my carer, he’s my friend’ Robert calls him big T. Pippa has gutted the property when treating for fleas so its now much better to get around in. Robert says he feels like he has been mad for the last few years, he now finally feels calm and is no longer in distress.
